In many ways, wearing clothes is an insult to God.

Wearing clothes is bad for your skin

Skin is a living organ that needs to be exposed to air

Your skin is the largest organ you possess.
Human skin is similar to the skin of most other mammals, but it is very similar to pig skin.
What most people know about skin often comes from ads and commercials.
When you study human skin; you recognize its complexities and marvel at its properties.

Human skin is not meant to be confined.

However, once you understand how it works, you realize that it is made to be in constant interaction with its surroundings; to adapt to it.
Your skin needs to breathe!

Clothes impede several vital functions

Wearing clothes interferes with the normal operation of many skin components, such as:

● TEMPERATURE REGULATION AND SWEAT
Human skin has one of the best cooling systems of all mammals.
But, it doesn't work while wearing clothes.

● THE NEED FOR SUN AND VITAMIN C
Skin needs direct sunlight to synthesize the essential vitamin C.
We resort to artificial substitutes instead.

● SKIN DESQUAMATION IS HAMPERED
Skin is supposed to shed its outer layers continuously, to replace them with fresh cells.
Clothes protect and preserve old skin cells.

● PROTECTING THE BODY AGAINST PATHOGENS
Skin forms a barrier between the organism and the environment preventing invasion of pathogens and chemical.
Regrettably, clothes create enclosed areas that favor pathogens.
These secluded places provide an ideal habitat for bacteria, that number roughly 1,000 species on the human skin

● OXYGEN ABSORPTION
The outermost cells of the skin are "almost exclusively supplied by external oxygen".
Clothes choke your skin.

Clothes damage the skin

You hurt your skin just by wearing any clothing, but the consequences are much worse in places where they cling to your body.
Even the loosest garments rub, chafe and irritate the epidermis.
Don't forget that you're wearing them for hours.
Elastic bands, belts, bras, ... cut right through the skin and you can see the marks they leave when you remove them.
What you don't see is the persistent folding beneath.
Shoes can be major culprits.
If you feel any pain while you have them on, just imagine what torment your skin is enduring.

Wearing clothes has a perverse effect on our physical condition

Because humans hide their bodies; taking care of it loses some of its importance.
Why should you be concerned about something that you and others never see?
By not presenting your body in public, you are removing it from scrutiny and avoiding any criticism.
People feel accepted, even if they are fat or unfit, because they have nice new clothes to hide it all.
In this sense, wearing clothes has had disastrous consequences on the physical condition of our race.

Clothes create a barrier between you and your body

Clothes stop you from taking care of your body.
They hamper your natural urge to check manually what is bugging you.
When you groom regularly, you become very frustrated by their presence.
Grooming depends on responding quickly, with your nails, to any sensation emanating from your skin.
